Community banking is about giving back to the community. This New Hampshire bank did that literally, sending out employee ambassadors to buy groceries, pick up restaurant tabs and more. It was a pick-me-up for the community and a real morale boost for employees. We designed the initiative, including shirts and cards asking SmileSquad recipients to pay it forward.
