Every year, Mission Health Communities brings together approximately 200 administrators, directors of nursing, corporate leaders, vendors, and invited guests for its Leadership Conference, a multi-day event focused on education, recognition, inspiration, and professional development.
The challenge is to create more than just a conference. Mission Health wanted an experience that would energize attendees, reinforce organizational goals, celebrate achievements, and create a sense of connection across facilities and departments. Each year requires a completely new theme, fresh creative concepts, and a cohesive experience that engages attendees from the moment they arrive until the final session concludes.
For many years, Communicators Group has served as Mission Health’s creative partner, helping transform the Leadership Conference from an event into an immersive branded experience.
The process begins months in advance, as our team collaborates with conference leadership to develop an annual theme and creative direction. From there, we bring that vision to life across every aspect of the attendee experience.
Our work includes environmental and stage design, conference branding, signage systems, printed materials, presentations, custom games and activities, video production and editing, and the sourcing of décor and themed materials that help transform ordinary conference spaces into engaging themed environments.
The result is an event that attendees look forward to year after year, one that strengthens organizational culture, celebrates leadership, and creates lasting memories while delivering important educational and business outcomes.
